How to Test

It’s quick and easy. Simply put the end marked “saliva here” on your tongue for 5 seconds, then fold the strip in half to press the two ends together so the pads meet.
Hold the two ends together for 10 seconds, and then interpret the colors on the non-saliva side to find out your results.
